Hi! These are exact same images as in the online free .pdf form of BERLiNiB. Fashionbloggers: you can repost these images if you look up the info inside the magazine as for who contributed with what and give the normal acknowledgements that you always should do to honor the elementary copyrights of such work. This reposting should happen in normal social media. Any reproduction that is SOLD must of course only done by written agreement with BERLiNiB unless you're one of the original copyright holders of the photo/artwork {which includes our models}. Hint: when you repost a photo, then add space vertically or horisontally so that it appears square for all social media outlets where square photos are the only ones shown 'uncropped'. There are apps that do this (eg, InSquare Pic, Insta Size) and any PC can do it eg in Gimp by adjustment of Canvas Size. THESE ARE THE MAIN THINGS. More precisely, for those who wish the more exact info and more details about the copyright: The main copyright info is given on the editorial page of BERLiNiB. BERLiNiB and its main photographer Aristo Tacoma has full copyright and full right of all re-publishing of any photo included in the BERLiNiB magazine at any time; in addition, the models have copyright to the photos of them in the sense that they have the right do whatever they want with the photos of them (given usual norms and acknowledgements); the photographer behind each photo of course has full copyright as well; and other signifcant contributors to each photo-- stylists, makeup-artists, production assistants, etc, as mentioned inside the magazine in connection to a specific photo or a photo series have copyrights as agreed. BERLiNiB's photos are always shown to the models involved before any of these photos are made public. During the first two weeks after the time when the model sees the result of a recent photo session taking place just before, a model or anybody who represents her has the right to request that a particular photo won't be used in the editorial and then this request will be fulfilled. After those two weeks after the set of photos were completed and shown to the model, the photos that make up any particular editorial are permanently part of that editorial and this can no longer be negotiated upon. BERLiNiB will indeed, after that point, begin to post the photos eg on Instagram and of course use the set of the decided-upon photos in the published editorial of BERLiNiB, where its text may be gradually improved upon until the stated publication date. For publication dates, consult the main page industrialbabes.com, which is the same as berlinib.com. Model, MUA, fashion illustrators, photographers, stylists, studios etc have right to repost anything which is part of a BERLiNiB editorial, also when the magazine is just in preview form, but only when proper acknowledgements are given to the magazine. Other photos provided as a gift to the model and to other central contributors by BERLiNiB, or generated by photographers hired by BERLiNiB as part of 'on the set' or 'backstage' photos can be reposted without any acknowledgements to BERLiNiB or with the text 'on the set for BERLiNiB' or 'backstage for BERLiNiB' however these extra photos must be kept in waiting until BERLiNiB itself has begun posting photos from the editorial, so that the energy of originality and style comes forth most strongly for BERLiNiB. It is adamant that a clear separation is made between photos that are IN and editorial and those other photos that are generated WHILE an editorial was made (ie, 'on the set', or 'backstage'): unpublished photos must not be stated as being published; and published photos must be stated with clear reference to BERLiNiB. In addition, when an editorial is made in black'n'white, all 'on the set' and 'backstage' photos must also be in black'n'white, so that there is no conflict in color scheme as for the fashion trend/style choices in that editorial. There are apps that can render a photo into b'n'w. BERLiNiB is chiefly dedicated to images, in the sense of honoring the well-made photo or visual still artwork as infinitely more important than videos. Having said that, the same type of copyright arrangements applies also for videos and indeed any other media productions by and for BERLiNiB. When it comes to paid advertisements inside the magazine, each and every part of these advertisements are of course only reproducable with the explicit written permission of the brand behind the advertisement. However, each magazine as a whole, including all its advertisements, is offered for free online, also in an Adobe PDF format, and anyone is free to redistribute each whole unchanged magazine in respectable contexts, for free. For commercial reproductions of the magazine (ie, reproductions of the magazine which is done so that somebody pays for this reproduction), the company Yoga4d:VRGM, registered in Norway, with details on the industrialbabes.com homepage, must be contacted.
